To make your first visit as easy as possible, we offer all new patients $50 off their first comprehensive check-up and clean.
This includes a thorough examination by Dr Gilbert, any necessary digital X-rays, a professional scale and polish, and a protective fluoride treatment. Simply mention this offer when you call, or select it when booking online.

Because Dr Gilbert is the sole practitioner at Westlake Dental, he personally oversees every patient's care. This means you always see the same dentist, but it also means our appointment book fills up quickly.
Our early morning, late afternoon, and Thursday evening appointments are particularly popular with families and professionals. If you need a specific time slot, please book well in advance.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans change. However, because we dedicate significant time to each patient, missed appointments or last-minute cancellations mean another patient misses out on receiving care.
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone who may be in pain and waiting for an emergency appointment.
P.S. Do not forget to bring your health fund card or Medicare card (for CDBS claims) to your appointment so we can process your rebates on the spot using HICAPS!
